• Once a product is picked up or delivered, it becomes the customer's responsibility to store and consume it properly.

• Instructions for best storage and freshness are provided, but if not followed, we are not responsible for issues like spoilage, melting, or quality changes.

📃 Terms & Conditions

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handcrafted, perishable items, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.

• Pickup Policy: Customers must pick up orders at the scheduled time and location. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing sweetandcoated@gmail.com with your name and order number.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your pickup time without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your order with no refund.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow instructions or policies.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule orders due to emergencies, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• ​Orders not picked up during the chosen time window and without communication will be canceled without refund or remake.
